Relief Applications Is Hiring for 3 Remote Opportunities in Humanitarian Tech and Communications
Overview
Relief Applications is a European organisation that builds digital tools to help NGOs, UN agencies and other mission-driven groups work more effectively. Its services include information management, monitoring and evaluation, mobile and web applications, artificial intelligence, privacy and cybersecurity, and capacity building. It works through a network of expert consultants and a growing in-house team in France and Spain. It currently has three remote openings, all part-time: a Communications & Marketing Intern, an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager and a Business Development Consultant for the French NGO market.
Who can apply
The internship is shared between two organisations, with about two days a week at OuiRace and one day a week at Relief Applications. OuiRace runs a platform for charity sports challenges. The intern will support day-to-day social media, create and manage content, assist with campaigns, events and outreach, and help promote humanitarian technology projects and charity initiatives. It suits someone wanting practical experience in communications and the nonprofit sector.
The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager role is open only to candidates located in Europe. The manager will attract and recruit staff for the organisation's international workforce and handle day-to-day HR work, including managing recruitment processes, supporting employees and consultants, HR administration, compliance, organisational development and workplace culture. It is likely to suit an experienced HR professional with strong recruitment and people-management skills.
Requirements
The Business Development Consultant focuses on the French nonprofit and NGO market and supports the growth of the Data Protection 4 Good (DP4G) initiative. DP4G offers outsourced Data Protection Officer services, audits and training for NGOs, associations and humanitarian organisations, helping them strengthen personal data protection and GDPR compliance. Suitable candidates have business development experience, a good understanding of the French nonprofit sector, experience selling professional services, strong communication and relationship-building skills, an interest in data protection and the ability to work independently.
How to apply
Interested applicants should review the vacancies and application details on the organisation's careers page. No deadlines or pay details are given.
