Partners for Public Good Remote Associate, Infrastructure Job 2026 – Salary of $102,800
Overview
Partners for Public Good (PPG), a nonpartisan organization that helps state and local governments improve the operating systems that turn policy into results, is hiring an Associate, Infrastructure. Its work spans procurement, staffing, budgeting, technology and infrastructure delivery, and it works directly with public-sector teams during implementation using applied research, workshops, training, coaching and hands-on projects. The associate joins the Infrastructure Team, which helps governments deliver public infrastructure projects. The role is full-time and remote within the United States, mid-level, and the expected start is October 2026.
What the role involves
The associate does qualitative and quantitative research, interviews stakeholders, runs surveys, maps processes, reviews policies and helps scope projects. Deliverables may include procurement solicitations, work plans, policy and procedure documents, research reports, training materials, case studies, public communications and impact reports. The associate may also facilitate meetings and workshops, coach and advise, identify root causes of operational problems and support change management. The person may work on one long-term engagement or several shorter ones, and should be located flexibly within the United States with access to a major airport because regular travel is required.
Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree, though equivalent experience or certifications may be considered, and at least three years delivering public infrastructure projects or closely related work, for example in public-sector procurement, public works, infrastructure, government finance and operations or consulting. Strong analytical, project management and communication skills, group facilitation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available.
What you get
The salary is $102,800 per year. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, health and flexible savings accounts, paid vacation, sick leave, personal days and holidays, a retirement match, paid parental leave, backup caregiving support and work-from-home stipends or shared office space. The position is grant-funded, so continued employment depends on funding.
How to apply
Applicants submit a resume and answer questions about their interest in PPG, infrastructure problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and their three years of experience. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and those received by September 14, 2026 will be considered.
