The National Urban Climate Action (NUCA) Programme is seeking a highly motivated Urban and Municipal In-House Consultant to be embedded within the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). This role is based in Johannesburg, hosted within DBSA offices, and offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of urban development, climate finance, and municipal infrastructure delivery. Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Contract Type: Consultant contract (approximately 210 working days per year)
