MoneyHash Opens Remote Product Manager Opportunities Across EMEA
Overview
MoneyHash is hiring Product Managers at Mid-Level and Senior levels for its remote-first team across EMEA time zones. MoneyHash builds API-based payment orchestration infrastructure that connects merchants with multiple payment providers and supports payment methods used across emerging markets, including cards and regional options such as Mada, STC Pay and Fawry. The product aims to improve transaction performance and payment reliability and widen access to local payment methods.
Product Managers own one or more product modules from merchant problems through discovery, development, launch and ongoing improvement. At Senior level, they own a whole group of modules, set direction, plan cycles and mentor alongside product leads. Duties include researching payment industry capabilities, provider features and payment rails, turning research into recommendations, writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, reading API documentation and webhook payloads, investigating merchant integration issues with engineering and support, monitoring authorization rates, conversion, payment failures, recovery and transaction costs, joining prioritisation and roadmap decisions, writing release notes and enablement materials and presenting features in internal Behind the Build sessions.
Who can apply
Mid-Level candidates generally have 2 to 3 years of product management or closely related experience, such as solutions engineering, technical account management or product analysis, and can understand API documentation and JSON payloads, webhooks, retries and payment failure scenarios, communicate well, use data and work with engineering, design, customer success and merchants. Senior candidates need at least four years, including hands-on payments product experience. Payments, fintech or B2B SaaS experience, payment orchestration, card scheme knowledge, emerging-market payment methods, and merchant work across MENA and GCC markets are advantages. MoneyHash says applicants need not meet every requirement.
What you get
