Customer.io is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for the Americas, a remote, full-cycle B2B sales role with on-target earnings of 190,000 US dollars. Customer.io provides a platform that lets businesses send automated, personalised messages by email, push notification, in-app message and SMS using real-time behavioural data, and says more than 8,000 companies use it. The executive sells to mid-market prospects, handling prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and closing, with both inbound and self-sourced leads and help from the Sales Development Representative team. Compensation is a 95,000 dollar base plus 95,000 dollars of variable pay, for 190,000 dollars OTE, and it may be adjusted to the local market. Who can apply
Candidates must currently be located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Ireland, even though the role is remote. Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar consultative method is preferred.
Requirements
Duties include building a pipeline through cold and warm outreach, running discovery conversations, positioning the product, managing deals to close, tracking performance and pipeline accuracy, working with SDRs on lead quality and handing customers over to Customer Success and Technical Support.
