Requirements
The role requires maintaining organized workflows for programme activities, including tracking donor requirements, reporting deadlines, and submission reminders, as well as assisting programme officers with reviewing, editing, formatting, and assembling donor reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining meeting records, preparing award initiation summaries, supporting project close-out processes, uploading content to donor reporting portals, and helping identify upcoming funding opportunities by searching relevant databases. Additional duties involve preparing standard proposal annexes, compiling past performance reports, drafting capacity statements, copy-editing documents, coordinating signatures, supporting final submission processes, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording meeting notes, supporting team planning, and assisting with the finalization of agreements.
