Requirements
Applicants must have meaningful experience working within a law firm, providing a strong understanding of private practice, legal workflows, client expectations, and the commercial pressures of delivering legal services. Candidates need strong legal judgment and credibility, and while a legal qualification is valuable, the primary requirement is the ability to understand sophisticated legal work and its transformation. The role calls for someone who is tech-curious and product-savvy, capable of engaging in technical conversations about generative AI, implementation, and workflow transformation. Individuals must be commercially minded, able to act as a natural translator between practising lawyers, partners, innovation and knowledge teams, product teams, and engineers. Additionally, applicants should possess the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, manage multiple complex client relationships proactively and independently, deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training, and design workflows tailored to private practice.
