Landscape Alliance Jobs 2026: 8 Job and Consultancy Opportunities Across Africa and Globally

Landscape Alliance has announced eight job and consultancy opportunities for people working in environmental conservation, agroforestry, climate action, biodiversity, food security and sustainable livelihoods. The vacancies
In Sri Lanka, there is a Researcher for Community and Stakeholder Engagement based in Matale, a local position with a listed deadline of 3 September 2026, and a Research Officer for Capacity Development and Learning Management in Colombo, also local, with a deadline of 11 September 2026.
In Rwanda, two temporary field technician roles are open. One is in agroecology in Burera District, Northern Province, and the other covers silvopastoral systems and grazing land restoration in Kayonza, Gatsibo and Nyagatare in the Eastern Province. Both list a deadline of 4 September 2026.
In Nairobi, Kenya, a Breeding Analytics and Decision Support Officer position is linked to CIMMYT. It is a local position with a deadline of 7 September 2026.
The Global Landscape Forum Team seeks a consultant for speakers engagement, with candidates in Europe and Africa time zones preferred and a deadline of 30 September 2026. Two general calls also exist, a Science Roster for internationally recruited staff and a Consultant Roster, both covering various locations with a deadline of 1 January 2027.
