THG is hiring a Junior HR Business Partner to support Finance and Central Services. Located in Manchester, United Kingdom, the role operates within THG Shared Services. The position involves reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner and providing hands-on human resources support across a broad range of functions.

Who can apply

Candidates should have approximately two to four years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at the HR Advisor level or higher. Previous background supporting a professional, corporate, or head-office population, specifically within Finance or Central or Shared Services functions, is advantageous. Applicants need a good understanding of UK employment legislation, practical experience managing employee relations matters, and strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel. Being CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it is beneficial, though relevant practical experience is also considered.
