Overview

The Facility and Maintenance team at the Bleiswijk fulfilment center in South Holland keeps daily operations running smoothly. As a Junior Facility Employee, you take ownership of facility-related tasks such as coordinating suppliers, managing waste streams, monitoring stock levels, and handling general site upkeep. Your responsibilities include logging and resolving requests via the facility management system, managing workwear and laundry services, carrying out logistics and warehouse duties, and assisting the technical team with light repairs. You also handle administration, maintain accurate records, and coordinate snow removal and supplies.

Requirements

Candidates should bring a relevant background, with prior experience in logistics, facility, or production considered a plus. A proactive, hands-on mindset, strong ownership, good communication skills, and a team-player attitude are essential. Applicants need a good command of both English and Dutch, along with comfort using everyday computer programs like Excel, Word, and email. Flexibility with working hours and tasks is required, as the position includes early morning and weekend shifts. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
