Director of Quality
Overview
Lilt Corporate is hiring a Director of Quality to oversee the company quality system from end to end. The position involves guiding standards, audits, compliance, procedures, continuous improvement, and the operation of Quality Agents. The role works alongside teams such as Production, Quality, Customer Success, Research, and Product, moving the function from reactive execution toward a data-driven partner model.
Who can apply
Candidates may apply for a remote or hybrid arrangement located in the EMEA or US Eastern time zone, with the employer listing a location in London, United Kingdom. Applicants must possess hands-on experience designing, building, and running LLM-based agents in production, alongside data skills such as Python or SQL to turn quality data into metrics and preventive controls.
