Junior Facilitair Medewerker (v/m/x)

Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Junior Facilitair Medewerker to join the production department at its distribution center in Bleiswijk. The Facility and Maintenance Team acts as the driving force behind the distribution center, ensuring that production operations run smoothly and that the facility functions properly on a daily basis.

What you do

The role involves guiding facility suppliers, logging and resolving service requests within the facility management system, coordinating waste management and site maintenance, and performing snow and ice control. Responsibilities also include maintaining facility inventory levels throughout the building, collaborating with the technical service team on light technical tasks and repairs, managing corporate clothing in coordination with laundries and suppliers, handling various logistical and warehouse tasks, and keeping accurate administration and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a relevant background with some prior experience in facility management, logistics, or production work, though applicants who do not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply. Essential qualities include a proactive, positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and team player capabilities. Flexibility in working hours and duties is required, including availability to work early mornings and weekends. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is necessary, and candidates with limited Dutch proficiency must be motivated to learn the language quickly. Familiarity with common computer programs such as Word, Excel, and email is also required.
