Junior Data Analyst

Overview

GoCardless is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the growing business and expand data capabilities within the Product Development department. The position is based in Riga, Latvia, and sits within the Analytics team, which is part of the Data and Business Systems Group. The primary function of this role is to build efficiencies supporting daily operations and to assist colleagues across the company by developing self-serve analytics content using tooling such as dbt, Looker, Fivetran, BigQuery, and Amplitude.

What you get

The base salary range for this position is 20,000 EUR to 30,000 EUR per year. Requirements

The role involves data collection by identifying relevant sources, specifying requirements, and retrieving data. Responsibilities also include data cleaning through inspection, handling missing values and outliers, transforming formats, and validating data. Analysts perform data visualisation to share stories with diverse audiences, conduct data analysis to interpret results and spot trends, handle documentation, and assist the team with analytics projects, dashboards, pipelines, and data support tickets.
