Overview

Realize Impact is hiring a full-time remote Investment Coordinator in Latin America, with Colombia or Mexico preferred, to support its Philanthropic Investment Grant (PHIG) and Investment Partnership programmes. The coordinator handles administration of approved investments and partnerships, onboarding, records, donor communications, reporting and operational processes. They work with programme staff, Finance and Operations, leadership, donor-investors, investees and partner organisations and act as a secondary operational contact for stakeholders. The salary is 24,000 to 38,000 dollars per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, professional English proficiency and at least one year of relevant experience, with two or more preferred, in areas such as nonprofit operations, programme administration, project management, philanthropy, impact investing or grants administration. Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication are required, along with the ability to juggle priorities and work independently remotely. Preferred qualifications include nonprofit administration, grants management or donor services, familiarity with impact investing, philanthropy or donor-advised funds, experience with CRM, project management and reporting tools, investment banking experience, graduate education in nonprofit management or business, French fluency and prior fully remote work.

Duties include onboarding newly approved participants, donor-investors and partners, maintaining documentation, tracking systems and records, supporting initial due diligence, assisting with materials for Investment Committee review, responding to operational questions, following up on outstanding actions, processing donations and investment transactions, tracking donations, investments, repayments and returns, managing donor acknowledgements, tax receipts and reporting notifications, helping organise supporting documents, monitoring programme metrics, preparing reports and identifying process improvements.
