Head of Product & Technology (m/f/d)

Overview

The Head of Product & Technology position is an executive, permanent role based in London, United Kingdom, requiring four days a week in the office. The worker reports to the Managing Director and Co-Founder UK at enua Pharma GmbH. As a founding leadership role on the management team, the holder owns the patient-facing product and backend systems for the UK market, guiding platform strategy from first visit through consultation, prescription, and repeat orders.

Requirements

Applicants need at least 7 years of experience in product and technology, with a minimum of 3 years leading a product or engineering function. Candidates must demonstrate strong UX instincts, experience taking a digital product from zero to one through rapid scale in direct-to-consumer subscription, telehealth, or digital health, and a background in delivering within a regulated environment such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or fintech. The role requires technical depth with architectural judgement and code review capabilities, commercial acumen for build, buy, and partner decisions, and a hands-on, AI-first approach to building and shipping.
