Head of Growth (m/f/d)

Overview

enua Pharma GmbH is seeking a Head of Growth to join its team in London, United Kingdom. The position involves leading growth operations for enua UK by building the patient acquisition engine and shaping public understanding of medical cannabis as a legitimate treatment. The role operates as a founding leadership position within a small management team reporting to the MD and Co-Founder UK.

Who can apply

Candidates must bring seven or more years of marketing experience, including at least three years in a senior or head role. Applicants are required to have prior experience leading a team of three or more people, participating in a leadership team, and integrating artificial intelligence into team workflows. Experience as an early hire in a founding team that scaled a consumer business is necessary, alongside a background in direct-to-consumer subscription, consumer health, or a regulated industry such as healthcare, pharma, or telehealth.

What you get

The position offers a permanent, full-time employment contract based in London with a requirement to work four days a week in the office. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates. The role includes a seat on the management team, responsibility for a growth plan and budget, and the opportunity to build and shape the UK growth team and infrastructure from an early stage.
