Overview

Baringa, a global consulting firm with more than 2,000 people across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, is hiring Graduate Analysts for its Products & Services practice in London. Analysts join as permanent members of the team from their first day and work on real client and internal projects alongside experienced consultants, building technical and professional skills through structured learning and hands-on experience.

Applicants choose the business unit that fits them best during the application. Three units are currently hiring. Technology, Media & Telecoms helps organisations in those sectors with strategy and operations, and looks for digital and AI literacy, problem solving and an interest in telecoms, media, data centres and technology. Consumer Products & Retail supports companies facing changing customer expectations and stretched supply chains, with supply chain, business and operations management degrees preferred. Industrial Manufacturing works with automotive, aerospace and defence, industrial engineering and advanced manufacturing clients, with finance, accounting, economics and engineering degrees preferred.

What you get

Analysts join a cohort and take part in the Analyst Development Programme, which builds client, commercial and people skills, and they become part of a Global Analyst Community. Development includes formal training and qualifications, coaching and mentoring. With a partner to consultant ratio of 1:10, analysts work closely with directors and partners. Every employee receives 300 pounds a year toward wellbeing, takes part in the group profit share scheme, and earns two extra weeks of paid leave after five years of continuous service.

Requirements

Applicants must hold the permanent right to work in the UK now and in the future, and proof is requested if they are invited to an assessment centre. The firm cannot sponsor visas for this opportunity.

Key dates

The application window closes on Monday 19th October at 12pm GMT. Assessment centres take place around New Year 2027, and successful candidates start in September 2027.
