Overview

Baringa, a global consulting firm with more than 2,000 people across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, is hiring Graduate Analysts for its Capabilities practice in London. Analysts join as permanent members of the team from the first day and work on real client and internal projects, building skills alongside experienced consultants through structured learning and hands-on experience.

Applicants select the business unit that suits them during the application process. The Customer unit designs omni-channel experiences that improve service while lowering costs, and looks for communication, structured problem solving and a customer-focused mindset, with business management, product design UX and UI, and marketing degrees preferred. Enterprise Value Creation advises executive teams on growth, profitability and performance, and is open to all degree types. Organisation, People & Change helps clients align operating models, people strategies, structures and cultures with their ambitions, and values psychology, business management, engineering and data analytics backgrounds, although a specific degree is not essential. The Supply Chain & Procurement team supports public and private sector organisations facing cost pressures, supply chain disruption and rapid technological change.

Who can apply

Across units, the skills mentioned most often are structured problem solving, data analysis, digital and AI literacy, teamwork, communication, adaptability and curiosity. Commercial and financial curiosity is highlighted for Enterprise Value Creation, and a passion for transforming organisations through change is highlighted for Organisation, People & Change.

What you get
