Overview

Baringa, a global consulting firm with more than 2,000 people across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, is recruiting Graduate Analysts for its Financial Services practice in London. Analysts become permanent team members from day one and work on a mix of real client and internal projects, learning from experienced consultants through structured training and practical experience.

The practice advises senior leaders at financial institutions across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. Its work covers finding new sources of growth, rethinking how businesses operate, applying AI and responding to fast-changing markets. The role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigour and a bias for action.

Who can apply

Preferred degree backgrounds are STEM, Business, Politics, Law and Geography. Useful skills include structured problem solving, data analysis, digital and AI literacy, teamwork and communication, adaptability, commercial and financial curiosity and, where applicable, technology and data experience.

What you get

Analysts join a cohort for the Analyst Development Programme and become part of the Global Analyst Community. Support includes formal training and qualifications, coaching and mentoring, and day-to-day contact with directors and partners thanks to a partner to consultant ratio of 1:10. Employees receive 300 pounds a year for wellbeing, share in the group profit share scheme, and get five weeks of annual leave plus two extra weeks after five years of continuous service. A hybrid working policy applies, and staff have three corporate responsibility days each year for social and environmental causes.

Requirements

Applicants must hold the permanent right to work in the UK now and in the future, with proof requested at the assessment centre stage. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key dates

Applications close on Monday 19th October at 12pm GMT. Assessment centres are planned for New Year 2027, and the start date is September 2027.
