GoodWork & Bridge for Billions jobs 2026: 2 exciting opportunities in youth employment and African entrepreneurship

Overview

Two roles in social impact are advertised. GoodWork, a youth employment and social mobility charity working toward a fairer world of work, is recruiting a full-time Senior Programme Officer to start in late 2026. Bridge for Billions is seeking a Partnerships Manager for Africa to develop and strengthen partnerships across the African entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Who can apply

For the GoodWork role, the ideal candidate has experience owning programme delivery and supporting others through management or mentoring, is a strong facilitator, is highly organised and is comfortable working directly with young people. Relevant experience includes programme management and delivery, facilitation, mentoring and work with young people.

For the Bridge for Billions role, candidates should have about 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships or ecosystem development, and understand how entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship support organisations (ESOs), funders and institutions interact. They should be comfortable working toward defined targets and maintaining strong CRM discipline, with HubSpot experience an advantage. Existing relationships within the African entrepreneurship ecosystem and knowledge of African markets are among the most important requirements.

Requirements

The Senior Programme Officer helps deliver GoodWork's programmes so participants have a high-quality experience, coordinating activities and meeting deadlines. The Partnerships Manager works closely with ESOs, corporates and other ecosystem players in priority African markets. The Bridge for Billions position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, on a hybrid basis, is full-time, and has a planned start date of October or November 2026.
