Freelance Marketing Specialist at TDi Sustainability: Remote Contract Opportunity

Overview

TDi Sustainability is seeking an experienced Freelance Marketing Specialist to support marketing campaigns for approximately 50 days over a six-month period from October 2026 to April 2027. The position is part-time and fully remote, with flexible working hours that are compatible with UK and Central European Time zones. The contractor will lead LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns while also contributing to email marketing, website updates, social media content, and broader business-to-business marketing activities. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

Applicants must have proven experience in business-to-business LinkedIn paid advertising, covering target audiences, advertising formats, budget management, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. Candidates need broad multichannel marketing experience, familiarity with creating and managing email campaigns, knowledge of WordPress or another content management system, and proficiency with design tools like Canva to produce marketing assets. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills are required, along with excellent English-language written communication. Additional qualifications include the ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, access necessary remote working equipment, and possess an understanding of responsible sourcing, supply chain due diligence, and environmental, social, and governance issues. Candidates must already hold legal permission to work in their intended country of work, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
