Enforcement Appeals Specialist

Overview

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Enforcement Appeals Specialist to join the Trust Operations team based in London, United Kingdom. This role involves investigating and responding to member appeals regarding account restrictions and content moderation. The position requires reviewing and enforcing actions on violating accounts and content to uphold the community guidelines and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

Applicants must have two to four years of experience in a Trust Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation role, preferably in a high-risk or safety-focused environment. Candidates need a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive content, including child exploitation, sexual violence, and self-harm, as well as high-touch safety escalations involving vulnerable individuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, alongside the ability to work independently, make sound judgment calls under pressure, and manage flexible hours. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another second language, as well as experience collaborating with Business Process Outsourcers, is preferred.
