Requirements

Applicants must have 10 or more years of relevant professional experience, backed by a strong track record in an advisory role within a global corporate or charitable foundation, multilateral organisation, NGO, government, or consulting experience advising philanthropic clients. Agency experience is preferred and advantageous.

Candidates need a deep understanding of the philanthropic and international development landscape with first-hand experience handling topical issues, an extensive network, and an understanding of the interplay between business, politics, and society. Requirements also include an understanding of corporate positioning and advocacy campaigns, the ability to operate in a commercial and fast-paced environment, and experience advising senior leaders. Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence, a global perspective, a balance of creative and analytical thinking, and a collaborative teamwork approach are necessary.
