Deployment Strategist

Overview

Parallel is hiring a full-time Deployment Strategist to join its operations team in Paris, France. The organization builds artificial intelligence agents to help healthcare facilities automate administrative processes, starting with medical coding. The operations team manages client onboarding, customer success, internal process building, and analytics for live products used in French hospitals.

Requirements

Applicants need two to four years of experience in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role, alongside direct experience managing client relationships. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in French, the ability to manage workloads autonomously, a pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving, and analytical sharpness supported by data. A genuine curiosity about product, artificial intelligence, or healthcare is also expected.
