Corporate Security Engineer

Overview

Superhuman is seeking a Security Engineer to join its Corporate Technology team. The position is based in Berlin under a hybrid working model that balances focus time with in-person collaboration. The role involves protecting the corporate environment and infrastructure, working closely with the Corporate Infrastructure team to harden and secure systems such as Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, SaaS platforms, and Networking.

What you do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain corporate security controls that allow employees to operate quickly and securely. Responsibilities include developing security standards and policies with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, leveraging artificial intelligence to scale security controls and automate processes, and defining AI security standards for the corporate environment. You will perform risk assessments on business operation systems like identity providers, operating systems, desktop applications, SaaS solutions, and network infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of a corporate Zero Trust architecture, remediate identified vulnerabilities, and evaluate enterprise security technology to strengthen the security posture.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least six years of experience on a security team in corporate, enterprise, or a related domain within a SaaS company. Candidates need an expert-level understanding in at least two corporate security domains, which include Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, SaaS platforms, and Networking. Strong experience is required in data protection technologies, assessing SaaS application configurations, and endpoint security for both macOS and Windows. Furthermore, candidates should possess familiarity with AI security principles, demonstrated experience using AI to build security controls or automate processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
