The Children & Nature Network is hiring a Senior Development Manager or Development Manager to support its growing fundraising programme. The role is full-time and fully remote, open to people based anywhere in the United States, with the organisation's associated location being Roseville, Minnesota. The expected start date is 16 November 2026.
The post sits in the Development Team and focuses on strengthening fundraising systems, managing donor and funder information, supporting donor relationships and contributing to grant proposals and reporting.

The Development Manager level pays 75,000 dollars a year and needs at least three years of nonprofit fundraising or related support experience. The Senior level pays 85,000 dollars and needs at least five years. The level offered depends on experience and qualifications.

What the role involves
The manager looks after donor and funder data and the CRM system, LGL, and handles moves management, tracking major donor and funder relationships from first contact through stewardship. Other tasks include prospect research and briefings for senior leaders, running the individual donor programme with appeals, campaigns, renewals and stewardship, and supporting grant proposals and reports to institutional funders by gathering data and metrics from programme staff.
Requirements
Applicants should be able to manage complex work independently and prioritise well, have experience with moves management and donor pipelines, and be comfortable with CRM and project management tools. Experience with LGL, Asana and Google Workspace is an advantage. Strong writing skills, a collaborative and self-motivated approach and a suitable home office with a computer, phone and reliable high-speed internet are needed.
