Overview
ChildFund Australia is recruiting an Innovation Portfolio and Partnerships Lead for its International Programs Team. The position is full-time and 100% remote. It is meant to establish and drive an organisation-wide innovation capability, helping to develop, test and scale evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes for children and young people across Asia and the Pacific.
What the role involves
The lead coordinates ChildFund Australia's Innovation Model, working with country teams, local partners, and children and young people to encourage experimentation, learning and continuous improvement. The role also manages a dynamic innovation portfolio, tracking ideas as they move through development, testing and possible scale-up. A further responsibility is building and maintaining strategic partnerships across academia and research, philanthropy, civil society, government, the private sector, international development and humanitarian action.
