The analyst provides operational support for fundraising and business systems, working with the G-REM CRM and other systems. They maintain data quality, run recurring data processes, answer user requests and keep documentation current. They also help test and develop automated approaches to data quality and duplicate resolution using programming and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience, plus two to five years of experience in fundraising operations, marketing operations, customer support, data management, CRM support or business systems support. Organization, communication, attention to detail and data accuracy are essential, as is the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical users. Preferred experience includes CRM, fundraising, MarTech or constituent management, and familiarity with Salesforce NPSP, ServiceNow, Clearview CRM, Springboard by Jackson River, EveryAction, MobileCommons or DonorDrive. SQL, Python, APIs, AI or prompt engineering and intermediate Excel are also preferred.
Duties include acknowledgment processing, duplicate review, bulk uploads, data imports and record merges, along with keeping operational logs and escalating issues and risks. The analyst cleans data, resolves duplicate records, supports validation and reconciliation and spots recurring data problems. They also respond to ServiceNow requests, help users with navigation and reporting and write user guides, FAQs, job aids and knowledge articles. CRS expects staff to follow its Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies.
