Carrier Account Executive

Overview

CtrlChain is seeking a Carrier Account Executive to expand and optimize its carrier network across Europe. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of carriers to increase capacity, improve profit margins, and support the sales team in securing new business. The position is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Requirements

Applicants need 5 to 8 years of experience in transport, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination, along with familiarity in carrier onboarding, communication, and daily operations. Candidates must possess a professional level of English and Dutch, while a third European language such as German, French, or Polish is preferred. You should be commercially aware, structured, proactive, comfortable working with key performance indicators, and able to maintain a system-first mindset.
