Overview

Good Systems is hiring a Senior Growth Marketer for a 0-to-1 role to support the parent company of Goodnotes. The position involves building and scaling new AI products by driving end-to-end user acquisition, testing marketing channels, shaping product positioning, and utilizing AI tools to accelerate workflows. The appointment is structured as a 12-month fixed-term contract that is renewable.

Requirements

Applicants must be creative, hands-on professionals who have previously taken a product from zero to its initial users. Candidates should possess T-shaped marketing capabilities with depth in one or two channels and competence across others, use AI daily in their workflows, tolerate ambiguity, think in numbers, and write well.
