Overview

ClinChoice is hiring an Associate Director, Biostatistics Consultant to work on oncology programs within a client organization while maintaining the support of a global contract research organization. The role centers on providing strategic statistical leadership across development programs in collaboration with clinical development, regulatory, medical, commercial, and portfolio teams.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Candidates need significant background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization settings, specifically highlighting strong oncology expertise.

The position calls for demonstrated practice in strategic drug development and clinical trial design extending past traditional study-level tasks. Professionals should possess deep familiarity with oncology endpoints, adaptive designs, sample size and power calculations, simulations, and statistical methodologies, alongside experience supporting regulatory submissions and health authority interactions. Strong communication and leadership capabilities are necessary to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
