Candidates need genuine practical experience administering Entra ID and Microsoft 365, gained through a prior working student position, an internship, or coursework that included real lab practice rather than solely classroom theory. Additional qualifications include light scripting and automation instincts with tools like n8n or Claude Code, experience troubleshooting daily end-user issues while managing a ticket queue, exposure to Mac fleet or MDM management, and basic audit-support or ISO 27001 experience.
