Overview

GENUINE Beauty GmbH is a social commerce agency located in Cologne, Germany, that assists international brands with TikTok Shop success, creator partnerships, and data-driven shop management. The organization is seeking a working student in marketing to support its growth, creator, and shop management teams. This role offers the flexibility of remote work alongside the option of utilizing a modern office space in Cologne that features a creative workspace, drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit.

Who can apply

Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business administration, marketing, media, communications, or a related field. Candidates need a strong interest in social media, e-commerce, influencer marketing, and digital trends, with a deep understanding of TikTok content and why it works. Essential qualities include the ability to work independently, structurally, and reliably, accompanied by strong communication skills, creativity, and a readiness to take on responsibility. Very good English skills are required, while an additional European language is considered a plus. Initial experience in marketing, e-commerce, or social media is beneficial but not mandatory, as personal motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are prioritized over prior CV experience.

Requirements

The working student will be involved in daily TikTok Shop management, supporting the day-to-day running and optimization of shops. Responsibilities include creator management through researching, identifying, and reaching out to relevant content creators and influencers, as well as campaign management encompassing the planning, execution, and analysis of TikTok campaigns. Additional duties involve tracking current TikTok trends, analyzing successful videos, contributing creative ideas, analyzing key KPIs, assembling performance reports, coordinating operational projects with various teams, and suggesting process optimizations to improve internal workflows.
