Solution Consultant Intern

Overview

Mirakl, a marketplace technology company with headquarters in Boston and Paris, is offering a six-month Solution Consultant Internship in its Customer Success department in Paris, starting in January 2027. Mirakl helps more than 450 marketplaces and over 100,000 third-party sellers, with clients including Decathlon, Carrefour and Asos. The company has over 750 employees in nine offices.

The intern supports and gradually takes ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, a multichannel selling product, beginning with simpler cases and moving towards greater autonomy.

What you will do

The intern guides sellers through key onboarding steps and delivers enablement sessions suited to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge. The role also involves building expertise in Catalog Transformer, Mirakl's AI-based catalogue management product, and helping sellers troubleshoot and improve their catalogues. To help onboarding scale, the intern creates and improves documentation, guides and internal content and looks for ways to automate processes and reporting. The intern works with the Sales, Product, Support and Data Science and AI teams and brings back feedback from onboarding to improve the seller experience.

Who can apply

Candidates should be enrolled in a master's programme (first or second year) at a business school, engineering school or equivalent and be available for six months from January 2027. They need at least one previous internship or corporate experience, ideally in an enterprise setting, and a demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms or digital products. Familiarity with APIs, data or automation tools is a plus. The company wants autonomous, solution-oriented people with project management skills, strong communication and teaching skills, curiosity about AI including troubleshooting AI-based products, good organisation and professional English. French is a plus.
