Business Consultant Intern

Overview

Mirakl offers a six-month Business Consultant Intern position within the Customer Success Consulting team, working on a B2C portfolio based in Paris, France. The selected candidate will support clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations, ensuring they maximize the value of the Mirakl platform. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing strategic Business Reviews, and contributing to the implementation of AI-powered tools and tailored strategic recommendations.

The internship provides a monthly allowance ranging from 1200 to 1400 euros depending on the profile. Requirements

Applicants must be currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, university, or IEP. Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is considered a plus. Candidates need strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and an ability to adapt quickly to new technologies with an interest in leveraging artificial intelligence. Professional fluency in both French and English is required.
