Overview

The intern program places participants within active engineering teams to handle real-world projects across the company technical stack. Interns write production software, manage tasks end to end, and contribute to tools that influence how businesses operate globally.

Requirements

Applicants must have a strong fundamental understanding of computer science through the pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field. Candidates need programming familiarity gained through coursework or side projects, with the organization working primarily in Ruby, Java, Javascript, Go, and Scala. Additional requirements include past experience from multi-person projects, open-source contributions, or previous internships that show an ability to receive feedback, learn unfamiliar systems independently, and apply AI tools critically to development. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of university education or equivalent work experience, specialized knowledge in areas such as backend, frontend, or infrastructure, and the ability to write high quality pull requests with strong test coverage.
