Overview

Datadog, the observability and security platform, is seeking interns for its Product Management team in Paris. Interns work alongside Engineering, Design and Product Marketing throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to real product decisions and building for highly technical customers. The platform processes over 100 trillion events per day for more than 30,000 customers in a multi-cloud environment. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace.

What you will do

The intern conducts customer discovery conversations and gathers feedback, drives product initiatives from concept through launch, and turns customer and business needs into clear product requirements and engineering priorities. Other tasks include analysing customer feedback, product data and market insights to inform decisions, preparing and delivering technical product demonstrations and communication materials, and building a technical understanding of the observability platform and cloud infrastructure products.

Who can apply

Applicants should be targeting a full-time graduation in 2027 and pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering or a related technical field. Prior internship, project or academic experience in product management, software engineering or another product-focused technical role is expected, as is exposure to B2B software development and the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers. An interest in emerging technologies such as AI-powered developer tools and cloud technologies is wanted. The internship lasts six months and must begin in February, March, April, May or June 2027.

What you get

Interns work on technical challenges alongside engineers worldwide, join mentorship and buddy programmes, take part in an in-person intern cohort with talks, social events and community activities, and may receive relocation support and travel benefits. Office perks include snacks, drinks and catered lunches on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The CV should be submitted in English.
