Office Manager Intern
Overview
Bynder, a digital asset management company whose platform helps brands such as Spotify, Campari and Lacoste manage creative content, is offering a paid Office Manager Internship in Amsterdam. The company has more than 600 employees and serves over 4,000 organisations. The intern joins the Workplace team, which shapes company culture and the employee experience, and learns from the Amsterdam Office Management team while helping keep the workplace running smoothly.
By the end of the internship the intern will have practical experience in office administration, employee experience and cross-functional collaboration, which prepares for later roles in operations, HR or workplace management.
What you will do
The internship covers assisting with day-to-day office operations such as supplies, equipment and workspace organisation, and supporting the planning and running of internal events, social programmes and team activities. The intern works with colleagues across departments and locations to support both in-office and remote employees, gains exposure to supplier and vendor management, practises juggling several projects at once and helps bring workplace culture to life through small initiatives.
Who can apply
Candidates need proficient English, a warm and thoughtful attitude, a natural sense of organisation and the ability to notice what needs doing without being asked. They should be comfortable communicating across teams, thrive in a fast-paced setting and be at ease with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Jira. The intern must be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole internship and already be based in the Netherlands. Experience in an office or hospitality environment and in an international or multicultural setting is a plus.
What you get
The internship is paid and offers global work experience, on-the-job training, personal development, a broad scope of responsibilities, membership of a young and ambitious team and free lunch every day.
Bynder states a commitment to a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
