HR Project Manager Intern - January 2027
Overview
Mirakl, a marketplace technology company founded in 2012 with headquarters in Boston and Paris, is offering a six-month HR Project Manager Internship in Paris starting in January 2027. Mirakl helps over 450 marketplaces and a network of more than 100,000 third-party sellers, and counts brands such as Decathlon, Carrefour and Asos among its clients. It has more than 750 employees in nine offices worldwide.
The intern joins the People team, a global team of around 30 people covering the full employee lifecycle, and contributes to the employee experience and to how the company grows and develops its talent.
What you will do
The intern coordinates learning events such as Manager Days, hackathons, bootcamps, lunch and learns and show-and-tell sessions, handling logistics, invitations, materials and follow-up. The role also involves tracking participation and feedback and synthesising lessons to improve learning programmes, auditing and structuring existing AI, enablement and learning resources into audience-specific learning paths, and creating guides, FAQs, checklists and quick-reference materials. The intern also supports AI fluency initiatives by collecting and documenting AI use cases, designing surveys and knowledge checks and organising assessment data.
Who can apply
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in HR at a business school or university, be available for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, and be comfortable organising events and facilitating sessions. HR or learning experience is a plus but not required, and hybrid profiles that combine analytical skills and project management are welcome. The company looks for rigour, autonomy, strong tracking and reporting skills, a genuine interest in AI, and strong communication in French at fluent level and in English at least at B2. Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as Notion or Google Workspace are used.
What you get
Pay is between 1,200 and 1,400 euros per month depending on level of study. Perks include breakfasts, fitness and yoga classes, after-work events, two remote days per month, works council discounts, a Gymlib pass, meal vouchers, 50 percent coverage of transport costs and modern offices near the Eiffel Tower.
How to apply
The process begins with a CV screening and a short AI-powered conversation to complete within three days, followed by interviews with a recruiter and the future manager and a structured interview.
