Overview

Vestiaire Collective, a global marketplace for pre-loved fashion founded in Paris in 2009, is offering an internship in Paris for a Marketplace Performance Intern. The company aims to make circular fashion the norm and today employs around 600 people from more than 50 nationalities, with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, New York, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City.

The intern joins the Marketplace team, which gives the business a broad view of short-term and mid-term performance and uses analysis to find ways to grow on both the buyer and seller sides. Using data analytics and technical skills, the intern helps improve reports and produce business insights that support strategic decisions.

What you will do

The internship covers several projects aimed at improving the performance, engagement and experience of sellers, drawing on data analysis and data models. Results and strategies are also communicated to other teams. Projects include working with the head of Seller Success to understand seller trends and opportunities, monitoring KPIs daily to track business growth, and leading analyses of how strategic choices affect performance, including incremental sales, cannibalisation and profitability.

Who can apply

The company wants someone currently studying for a master's degree in business, analytics, finance, engineering, mathematics or a related analytical field, or with equivalent experience. Candidates should be commercially minded, analytical, detail-oriented and critical in their thinking, proficient in SQL and Excel, and strong in written and spoken English. French and a passion for fashion and e-commerce are advantages.

What you get

The package includes work at scale on products used in more than 70 countries, an international team, a learning budget with a continuous feedback culture, and a hybrid model with typically two remote days per week. Two paid days per year are available to support a cause, and compensation and benefits include a bonus, health coverage, lunch vouchers and a gym pass, plus further legal perks depending on location.

The company states it is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications even from candidates who do not meet every criterion.
