CRM Intern - January 2027
Overview
Vestiaire Collective, the global platform for pre-loved fashion, is looking for a CRM Intern to start in January 2027. The internship lasts six months, runs on a hybrid basis in Paris and requires a university agreement. The intern reports to the Senior CRM Manager and is responsible for planning and running animation campaigns and commercial initiatives, based on local data and trends, for a market spanning more than 70 countries.
The company was founded in Paris in 2009, employs about 600 people from over 50 nationalities and aims to make circular fashion the norm.
What you will do
The intern plans the weekly animation calendar and coordinates and executes local animation and commercial campaigns in the CRM tool. This includes preparing campaign briefs, following up on assets with the Creative and Copy teams and implementing campaigns. Performance is analysed through weekly and monthly reporting, and the intern independently leads structured deep dives that use data and business insight to explain trends and user behaviour. Market research, benchmarking and competitor tracking help identify areas for improvement that are turned into actions.
Who can apply
Candidates should be enrolled in a master's degree at a business school or university, and still enrolled by July 2027, with a strong interest in e-commerce. Excellent knowledge of Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides, is needed, along with strong analytical skills, structure, attention to detail, proactivity, good organisation and the ability to multitask. Fluency in English is required and French is a plus. Interest in fashion and luxury, knowledge of CRM tools and SQL proficiency are nice to have.
