Internship - Software Engineer (Back, Fullstack)

Overview

Pigment is offering an internship position for a Software Engineer focusing on back-end and full-stack development. The role is based at the company office in Paris, France, with a hybrid work environment that allows for partial remote work. Interns contribute to meaningful projects that impact the product and collaborate with experienced engineers. Candidates have the opportunity to work with either the Data Ingestion team on upgrading and improving connector libraries, or the Modeler team on developing AI-powered tools using large language models to translate models from other planning tools.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess strong software engineering skills, including the ability to turn requirements into simple designs and deliver robust code. The technical stack utilized includes C# with .NET Core Linux, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, RabbitMQ, and CircleCI, though familiarity with every specific tool is not required. The hiring process includes background checks for employment history, education, and criminal records where permitted by law and conducted with candidate consent.
