Founders Associate (IT & Automation)

Overview

Lio is hiring a Founders Associate focusing on IT and automation to join the team as an intern or working student at the Munich office. The role involves managing daily IT operations, setting up devices, onboarding colleagues, maintaining the office network, and building scalable systems. Working closely with the CTO, the associate will take ownership of projects from the initial problem to full implementation, utilizing AI and automation to streamline internal processes.

Requirements

The position requires working from the Munich office. Candidates will handle hands-on technical tasks such as configuring devices and accounts, resolving IT issues, managing SaaS tools, and improving device security. The role also calls for building practical internal tools and automating workflows using Python, APIs, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted coding to connect systems like Microsoft 365 and Slack.
