Customer Success Internship (f/m/d)

Overview

bunch, a fintech startup building operating infrastructure for private markets, is looking for a Customer Success Intern based in Hamburg. The company combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services in one integrated platform, and reports having crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 limited partners on the platform and closed a Series B round in May 2026.

The intern joins the Customer Success team and contributes to the customer experience of the platform's users while learning about fund and investment operations in private assets. The role is designed to build skills for a full-time Customer Success or Account Management career at bunch, at a venture capital firm or at another startup.

What you will do

The intern reviews and checks customer data, works with the operations team, and supports account managers, owning investor communications on certain accounts. The intern is also expected to identify and own projects that improve company and Customer Success processes, working with teams across bunch to take projects from idea to implementation. The work directly affects user experience and the quality of the deals the platform facilitates.

Who can apply

The company wants a motivated student or recent graduate in business, finance or communications. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as venture capital, consulting or investment banking, or in a customer-related role at a startup, is expected. Other qualities are a customer-centric mindset, the ability to work well under pressure, excellent attention to detail, strong self-organisation and project management skills, a basic grasp of core financial concepts and interest in venture and private asset investing. Good English is needed, and German is ideal.
