Business Analytics Internship (f/m/x)

Overview

This internship is offered by Enpal, a company focused on integrated decentralized energy solutions such as solar systems, battery storage, and heat pumps connected through an AI-powered platform. What you do

The intern maintains and improves recurring reports to provide management with daily and weekly updates, conducts advanced data analyses primarily using Excel to evaluate trends across the sales funnel, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize internal and external processes. Responsibilities also include building user-friendly reports and dashboards for stakeholders and supporting the team with operational tasks such as data preparation, ad-hoc analyses, and reporting updates.

Who can apply

Applicants should currently be pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates need strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel for handling large datasets, a structured and detail-oriented working style, and fluency in English. Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization tools, as well as knowledge of German or other languages, are considered pluses.
