Unearthodox Edges of Possibility Exploration Co-Lab 2027: Open Call for Nature and Systems Innovators
Overview
The Unearthodox Edges of Possibility Exploration Co-Lab 2027 is a 10-month alternative incubator programme designed to support innovators, changemakers, and initiatives aiming to transform humanity's relationship with nature. The initiative focuses on addressing the root causes of environmental and societal challenges, such as dominant worldviews, institutional practices, and colonial structures, rather than solely tackling immediate symptoms. The programme encourages the development of radical, imaginative, and unconventional solutions that challenge established systems and promote new ways for societies to interact with the natural world.
Who can apply
The open call is aimed at innovators, researchers, social innovators, environmental practitioners, and teams working on nature-society challenges with the ambition to drive systemic transformation. The programme is particularly suited for individuals and initiatives whose work does not fit into traditional categories and who seek to question existing assumptions and institutional structures.
What you get
Selected participants take part in a 10-month development experience that provides dedicated thinking space, cohort-based learning alongside other innovators, and customised support tailored to unconventional initiatives. The programme helps participants explore, refine, and advance ambitious ideas aimed at reimagining the relationship between humanity and nature.
