The initiative is associated with the Raisina Dialogue, India's flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs of India. Participants are inducted as fellows at the conference and subsequently join the Observer Research Foundation alumni network. The initiative is organized through a strategic partnership between the Policy Center for the New South, the Observer Research Foundation, and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies.
