World Food Forum Youth Policy Board 2027-2028
Overview
The World Food Forum Youth Policy Board operates as an independent group consisting of 40 young changemakers. Established in 2021, the board aims to supply a strategic youth-led vision for policy-related activities conducted by the World Food Forum Youth Initiative via the Youth Assembly. Members serve a one-year term with the option to reapply for a second year, engaging in regional and thematic work while holding a primary area of responsibility.
During their term, members lead regional consultative youth processes, prepare processes for the 2028 FAO Regional Conferences, synthesize regional youth perspectives into recommendations, represent the board in intergovernmental processes, and summarize progress in an outcome document.
