Overview

UTTR is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager on a part-time, fully remote basis. The role involves about 20 to 25 hours per week and can be done from anywhere in the world, but applicants must be available during EST, CST, MST or PST business hours for collaboration and client meetings. Salary is not specified. The vacancy was posted on September 15, 2026.

UTTR works with B2B startups and scale-ups across different industries. Client engagements are based on goals and OKRs, and the manager owns performance targets for selected accounts.

What you will do

Duties include developing a deep understanding of client audiences and recommending advertising strategies, owning performance targets and managing paid campaigns that contribute to pipeline and growth, designing and running structured tests and analysing results, working with revenue operations, creative and copywriting teams, reviewing campaign data and turning it into practical recommendations, and acting as the main contact for assigned clients.

Requirements

UTTR wants at least five years of paid media experience, including at least two years in B2B marketing. Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads is required, along with a basic understanding of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform. Candidates need strong analytical skills, the ability to create presentations and lead client conversations with limited supervision, and a proactive, self-starting approach.

What you get

The company highlights a fully remote structure, a flexible part-time schedule, significant ownership over strategy and results, and exposure to technology clients in different industries.

How to apply

Candidates apply through the online application page. The process begins with a conversation with the Recruitment Team and an interview with the hiring manager, and may include a practical assessment. Successful candidates may then do a paid part-time trial of about four weeks on real client projects before a longer engagement.
