Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview

CAIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead technology hiring from the initial brief through the accepted offer, focusing on quality, consistency, and speed. This is an individual contributor role based in London, United Kingdom, operating on a hybrid schedule with at least two to three days spent out of the Old Street office. The position involves hiring across teams in the United Kingdom and United States, spanning Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Data, Corporate Technology, and Security, while also flexing into other areas of the business as priorities shift.

Requirements

Applicants must have substantial in-house technical recruiting experience with evidence of delivering complex and business-critical searches, as well as experience recruiting in a technology environment such as a software, SaaS, or technology-led business. Candidates should demonstrate success managing a varied portfolio across different functions and seniority levels simultaneously, specifically within Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Data, Corporate Technology, or Security. Experience hiring across both the UK and US is preferred, alongside exceptional direct-sourcing, talent-mapping, and candidate-engagement capabilities. Applicants need strong judgement, credibility to advise and challenge senior leaders, command of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technology, and comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor managing candidate communication and interview scheduling. While experience in financial services or fintech is preferred, it is not essential.

The compensation package includes a market competitive base salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. For candidates located in London, England, the base salary range is 78,000 to 98,000 GBP per year, with actual compensation influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Visa sponsorship may also be offered for suitable candidates.
